500 ml of ReDiant® C5 Cleaner is sufficient for systems up to 130 liters in volume (up to 16 radiators or 250 m² of underfloor heating). The cleaner dosage is about 3500 g/m³, but in the case of highly sludge-contaminated systems, the recommended dosage is 7000 g/m³. Repeated cleaning may be necessary. Before use, it is required to drain the system, fill it with clean water, and then add the cleaner. For open heating systems, pour the cleaner in through the expansion tank; for sealed systems, it should be added via the fill hose, radiator, coil, or magnetite filter. In single-feed indirect cylinders, potable water treatment chemicals must be applied. Circulate the cleaner in new systems for at least 1 hour under normal heating conditions and up to 1 week in heavily contaminated systems. After that, drain the water and, in parallel, fill the system with clean water until contaminants wash out and the water becomes clear, or use powerful flushing equipment for faster and more effective flushing.

A single 500 ml bottle treats a 130-liter system, which can include up to 16 radiators or 250 square meters of underfloor heating. It is important to clean the heating system with ReDiant ® C5 Cleaner before adding the inhibitor. For open heating systems, pour the inhibitor in through the expansion tank; for sealed systems, it should be added via the fill hose, radiator, coil, or magnetite filter. The recommended dosage of H7 Protector is 3500 g/m³, but in case of overdose, the protection of heating systems becomes even better. The maximum recommended concentration of the product is 8750 g/m³ in the heating system. The dosage control is carried out by keeping the residual concentration of molybdates MoO42- in the range of 100–250 ppm (mg/l). It is necessary to check MoO42- concentration annually. The dose of ReDiant® H7 can be checked by using ReDiant “Molybdate test strips” – a quick and easy colorimetric method to determine the concentration of the molybdates.

1. Take a sample of system water which is representative of the whole system (drain the water for several seconds before taking the sample).
2. Dip the Molybdate test strip into the solution for 1 second.
3. Shake off excess liquid and compare the strip to colour chart within 10 seconds

Note:
• The colour of the strip may change after the reaction time, but this should not be considered in the measurement.
• If the colour of the strip is more intense than the darkest colour in the chart, repeat the measurement using fresh, diluted sample. The dilution must be considered (result of analysis = measurement value x dilution factor).
